2007, Topeka farmers opens every Saturday starting April 14 and
continues through November 17 Market opens 7:30am to 12:pm RAIN

A:
We do have quite a few vendors that reserve space for the entire
season but every Saturday has its own personality and variety of
items. Market changes every Saturday, as new produce comes into
season and different vendors join and introduce new items

A: Market is open every Saturday, RAIN or SHINE.
Q: Is the market handicap accessible
A: We are located on the state parking lot across from the
Docking building and is accessible as any parking lot. Parking
is right next to the vendors
Q: Are dogs allowed at the market
A: Sorry! as much as we like our pets, our insurance does
not allow as to permit dogs at the market Exception - Service
dogs, for the blind etc
Q: Are children allowed at the market
A: Yes , with adult supervision We have several events
through the season for young and old.
Q: How can I sell at the market
A:
Downtown Topeka Farmers’ Market Vendor Participation We are a
non-profit organization Annual membership is $30.00. All vendors
must join in order to participate in the Saturday 7:30 a.m. to
12:00 p.m. Permanent vendor space for the entire season is
$200.00. Or, a vendor may pay per Saturday, $15.00. All
potential vendors are juried. You may pick up an application
form on any Saturday at the Farmers’ Market, or call our Market
Manager,(785-249-4704) or send an e-mail with your address to
info@topekafarmersmarket.com. |
